Role Overview:
We are looking for a Remote Part-Time Scheduling Assistant to help with scheduling and coordinating staff for events. This flexible position is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, problem-solving, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with scheduling staff for upcoming events and ensuring all shifts are covered.
  • Coordinate with staff to confirm availability and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Help track and update staff attendance and punctuality.
  • Assist in communicating event details to staff and ensuring they are properly prepared.
  • Support the team in managing last-minute changes or urgent staffing requests.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in scheduling or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
  • Neat and organized work habits are a must!
