Job Summary:
As a Cook, you will prepare and present high-quality dishes while working closely with the culinary team to ensure an outstanding dining experience. This position begins as a temporary role with the potential to become a permanent full-time position based on performance and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook various menu items, ensuring top quality and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Assist with inventory, food prep, and restocking as needed
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely meal preparation and service
- Adapt to kitchen demands, supporting other culinary tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a high-volume or high-quality kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and culinary techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment under pressure
- Flexibility for various shifts, including possible weekend and evening availability
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
